My friends recently gave me a baby shower. I have to admit, I’m not a shower person. I can’t say exactly why, but for my wedding shower my eye twitched through the entire thing. For my friend’s baby shower, I was wracked with surges of anxiety the whole three hours. And I swear I’m normally a fairly laid-back person. I have to say, though, this shower was lovely. Mostly because pals Sofie, Stephanie and others decided to do a more eco-friendly, use-what-we-have shower. It turned out stunning. Sofie even posted about it on Exurbmagazine.com. So if you want to steal their great ideas, click here.
As you can see from the photo, there was a bird/nest theme. Right before the big event– when I guess I should’ve been doing my hair and making myself look shower perfect– I instead decided to make a playlist. This is not my specialty, but I did it anyhow. Now I’ll send everyone a copy of the music along with a thank you note. This is the music they’ll receive…
