Victoria is a long-time practitioner of yoga, meditation and therapeutic creative writing in all forms. During her workshops she blends her love of written expression with her training to create tailored experiences. She’s given workshops on writing about family and self, nature-inspired writing for expression, literary journalism and blending fact and fiction both in-person and online.
Victoria is a trained Climate Café group facilitator through Climate Psychology Alliance-North America, a Dance for All facilitator through UCLA Arts & Healing Initiative and a guided autobiography instructor through the University of Southern California Birren Center.
